#1. Accept an offer

释义：接受报价、条件

例句：I accepted the offer to buy my car. 我接受了这个车的价格。

#2. At stake

释义：处于紧要关头，处于险境

例句：About 3000 jobs are at stake if the company closes down. 如果公司关门了，就会有3000个工作岗位处于险境。

#3. Back down (from something)
